WotC still hasnt posted the rules for Pac '40!
I understand not posting before release, but as soon as the game is “on the market” they should post the rules and be ready to take care of ANY customer service issues, but alas they never do and never are ready. This is what happens when YOUR game is the “red headed step child” of the company product catalog!
I miss the Milton Bradley days of old! :cry:

Yes, they have. They’re on the AAP40 Product Page, and have been for quite some time.
