You should check out Young Grasshoppers videos for global(you’ll see all the units on the Europe map at start-up)
Sometimes I find units do sort of spill over into nearby zones. In our last game we had a lot of units parked in Romania. We parked aaa guns and air units in the black sea and just announced that they’re all in Romania.Point the noses of the planes at the territory you want them to be in so there’s less chance of confusion.
Europe 1940 Rules Questions
-
This is the thread where I will ask Krieghund all the questions that I have about the rules. I think it worked out well last time so let’s do it again.
1. Regarding the political situation. The rules alway refer to Italy and Germany exclusively wither regard to going to war. If Germany goes to war with the Soviet Union, does that mean Italy is also at war with the Soviet Union? If Italy, then Germany?
2. Is USA required to go to war on turn 3? Is the Soviet Union required to go to war on turn 4? (I don’t see why you wouldn’t, especially USA)

1. Italy and Germany are not tied together politically. Italy may declare war on any Allied power at any time. However, such a declaration will allow the target power to declare war on Germany. The reverse is also true.
2. No, they are only allowed to, not required to.

You’ll see edits on all the posts before this one. I just changed the title from Pacific to Europe.
