@Ragnell804 I just had a game with Germany at -8 most the game with @VictoryFirst and managed the Germans to 30% Moscow, 100% Berlin
In this game it was -11 most of the game as the Allies until just before the final turn and the Germans had 75% Moscow, 100% Berlin.
Its possible that we have found a balance by removing the SCA (12 IPC pregame income) for Germany and removing a sub off the bay of biscay - but my gut says we gotta nuke a German tank from the at start setup… shall we run one or two more @Ragnell804 ?
