This is for Global 1940 but I’m sure at least half of the details here apply to Europe 1940 (lots of options):
How do I get ahead for ANZAC/UK? Axis And Allies Global 1940 2nd Edition

I’m in a pickle to say the least. Germany is almost about to take Moscow, Japan is planning something big for China and is getting close to ANZAC, and Italy is closing in on Africa? What do I do to help out?

UK is pulling his weight but where is the US?
I´d say attack the Italiaans with the two UK groups and defend South Africa.
In Europe try to snatch and hold Norway.
Russia is doing good. -
We are in round 8 or 9, and the US is primarily focusing on attack Japan’s navy and supporting ANZAC. I sent my Air Force and smashed the Italian navy, and now Rome is wide open with just one AAA. I read about this strategy with ANZAC called The Brazilian and they are coming to flank Italy in Africa with tons of troops. Your strategies worked! Thank you, I will now reinforce South Africa and try and take Norway.

@MM1940 oh nice! How did the Brazilian ANZAC strategy work out. Is it a keeper?

Yep it worked! I was able to send 2 transports each with a infantry and artillery along with a destroyer, fighter and cruiser to help defend Gibraltar and Brazil. Once we clear the pacific, I am considering a factory there to help with Africa.

Yeah it REALLY worked. ANZAC took Rome and has 53 IPCs

We haven’t finished it yet, but that setback the axis and Germany had to old off on attacking Russia to liberate Italy.

I completely forgot about this post but it ended wonderfully! I took Japan with the US and ANZAC, the UK, and the US all had gigantic fleets on the European front that went into Germany and Italy. After I liberated France, the Axis player surrendered.
