I have to buy a lot of fig with Japan. In my tests for battle sz42 were every time better than real result. Was 90 % chance for me.
I was planning on putting the 3 ANZAC fighters there and building an airfield. Yet, I moved them to the Carolines and built a naval base… :drooling_face: Also forgot to move the French the troops onto the transports last turn too. I need to tighten up!

No problem with the french. You can edit. I was first surprised because of the Harbour in DNG. But if you go with 3 moves (sz17,18),I cannot stop the attack on Japan with 3 attacks (USA,UK,Anzac)… Altough ships from Wake and Hawaii can move to sz17,18. But I forget the ncm with tac and bomber from Kansu to FIC. So I missed 2x4 for the battle in sz42. I write it down on a paper and hope I remark it and dont forget. But it doesnt work. What was your intension with the harbour in DNG ? Intercept in UK ? 38541_10ger-combat.tsvg

Intercept with all available fighters.
I was hoping the naval base would force you to waste effort on deploying blockers and defending Chinese costal territories.
I was noting down moves, then tried just noting down purchases and having a local save for the moves, now I do the whole thing in a local save. Still forget or go off script at times though, or just plain miss something…

Airport would be better for defense but I was frightend because of a attack on japenese homeland. Feel free to change losses from airbattle. I take out 1 french and 1 US. 38541_10ger.tsvg

I think Italian bomber was airbattle and not AAGun hit. Only 1 AAGun hit in the whole game ?

Bombers are definately a good option in G40.

Yes, intercpt with all seven, the fighters will destroy the escorts and the AAA will take out the bombers, I expect there to be nothing left of the luftwaffe but burning wreckage.
