@BrentStoudtKY it’s a little weird that Russia is just empty and also a part of the traditional allies :p But I guess that if it was empty and they were not a part of the traditional allies (in terms of the US entering the war upon attack) then it would be unbalanced in favour of Japan and if Russia had troops there it would probably be unbalanced in favour of the Allies. :)
