Re: scramble for sub/transports. That’s what I thought the rule was, but the game asked for a scramble option so I thought maybe something had changed since I played last. It hadn’t come up in @mikawagunichi 's game.
never seen Russia try to fight, new to me. My normal opponent (my dad) never does that.

Um. This was my first battle using this game. Did you notice that it is using Low Luck? I didn’t mean for that to happen and it does change the game quite a bit. Not sure how to fix at this point.
I hate to say “Do over…” but I think that would be best since the game is not far along.
hmmm, I didnt notice the Low Luck, First game ever on Triple A… How do we go about this? want to continue Low luck? or restart i can get my moves out fast i guess… maybe edit stuff to be same and you redo this one?
