    Sea Lion sucked…plus the Yunnan strong defenses.

    Don’t want to play this one out…sorry Cat, I know you need the satification of playing games to victory too. I don’t believe I could really give a good game now.

    I accept the surrender Icha; I don’t blame you to give up since this is what a sealion is about!

    That’s why I stopped buying 6 inf + 1 fighter to uk in detriment of Africa; because if Axis goes 100% in Africa, it’s tough to fight back with Uk alone if everything goes to UK round 1.

    I prefer to let Germany or invite Germany to do a sealion, cause more stuff can happen and if u get dice or win by a small margin; it’s not lucrative at the end for Ger and allies are more favor at the end.

    I admit dice were bad for axis; but I believe sealion is always risky!

    Sea Lion isn’t optimal over Barbarossa. Agreed. I will try again win or lose.

    Below average results in that Sea Lion scenario could have been 2 fighters lost, 5-6 tanks remaining. I’d have been fine with those results.

    I suggest trying some playing BM3 league games. Its not Global 40 to me, but its still fun.

    I’ve looked at a few of the “expert” or “top” league player games. In many of them, the allies still fall back and let the Axis walk-in. None of them play close to your style like how you stack Yunnan to soak up a lot of precious Japanese troops.

    China in BM3 has the insurgency rule; which with your Yunnan stacks would really hurt Japan.

    Cairo falling isn’t a decisive loss for the UK at all. Especially if the US is going to stick a landing and Italy is contained to the med/Cairo and force German air to stay down there awhile. It then really gives Russia the chance to grow quick with all of it’s extra money. There are some consequences if Russia declares on Japan; so you’d only do that at the right moment.

    Allies make so much. You might have to give the Axis a bid of 6…but you will dominate. I’d play no bid.

    I don’t know Icha; I believe BM3 is not that balanced for the allies and I have read about it and I am very sceptical.

    If you want to try BM3 with me, we can do it in a non league game and no bid on either side.

    I still prefer to play G40 sec ed tho.
