At least now your customers are informed and do not have to get frustrated in trying to get an answer. In hindsight (always easy) this message should have come a bit earlier. But I understand it is not easy for you.

What is your intention with orders that you have already received and didnot/cannot fulfill?

I put FMG on this list. From the forum I understand that more people have issues with them. They promote their products, they cash the money and they DO NOT deliver. Also no reponses to messages whatsoever. I do not understand why they are still allowed to promote themselves on this website.

Everybody: pls do not walk into the same trap as I did. You will most likely lose your money.

It is now two weeks ago since my hopes were raised a little bit. I replied to Jeremy’s post the same day with a personal message to him. No reaction ever since. I still have 114$ in the bargain and nothing to show for it.
This is getting really sad……

You do not respond to customer service mails. I have paid 114$ and not received anything untill this date but also gotten no reaction from you at all.

I strongly advice everybody to not order anything from you. They might end up losing money.
