Middle East Combat Print-and-Play
Because I really love Middle East Combat so much, I updated the rules to make it compatible with G42.2. Moreover, I had someone restore and update the map in Photoshop. If you would like to play this unofficial expansion, I have put everything you need in a zip file and made it available for download (for free).
In the zip file you will find an Excel file that contains the initial set up charts, a 600 dpi map, and a rules booklet. I had the map printed off through Vista print, but obviously you could get that done anywhere. You will also have to have a copy of Axis and Allies G42.2 (or G40 but your won’t use all the pieces).
Hopefully someone will try this out! It’s a fun variant!

How do I defend against heavy bombers?
I play with a guy who loves heavy bombers and always tries to build them. They are quite destablizing when he gets them. What defenses (other than spreading out AA guns) can I use to defend against them?

RE: The game review video on Twilight Imperium Fourth Edition.
Can you elaborate on some of the improvements, so that I may hopelessly convince myself to buy it, knowing i’ll never play?
They re-did how the tech tree works. Now instead of following this weird bath, techs just have requirements you must meet before you can get them. Also, they added a new phase of the game called the Agenda phase, which happens after someone takes Mecatol Rex. During the Agenda phase there will be 2 political cards resolved.
Those are the major differences. There are some tweaks here and there with the races and rules.

The new edition is awesome! It’s far superior to 3rd Ed, imho.

RE: Star Wars Rebellion
I think Saw can only be recruiting at the start of the game, and if so, you get to start with an extra leader, which is cool. Same with Admiral Motti.

RE: Star Wars Rebellion
I just picked up the expansion, but haven’t given it a whirl yet. Other than the theme (I hated Rogue One), it looks like there is a ton of great stuff in the box.

@Private:
Still getting to grips with Twilight Struggle, which may well find its way on to the list.
