I was going to do this move (as edited) in the first place, but then thought West of Spain zone was out of reach.
You can certainly disallow, but beware transport fire if you attack them, and you probably should use fighters over France anyway. Up to you, sorry about the edit.
Of course, you could also do a very risky hit and run on France, and perhaps you want 2 more Americans there anyway. So pick your poison, but I would like the position as posted, with the edits, that doesn’t allow you to try sinking my transports.

No problem with your edits because I dont want attack transports and dont need planes over France. I only have to stop russian invasion.
Now I wait for the battle of Germany.
But think about my 8,8 cm Flak/ AAgun -same cannon like on Tiger Tanks, so you have to fight against this and your Army has only 1 for attack and only 1 tank. BC is only theorie. If you dont conquer Germany you will lose Europe and Russia lose his tanks and planes if you attack without inf. LOL
If you like, you could do the battle for Germany when I am online too - maybe its reality that I lose the game next turn.
