@pejon_88 Quick Question - why has mongolia not activated for Russia?
@stickybomb I have to double check it once in awhile myself, but in this instance is because you entered a Japanese controlled territory bordering Mongolia (Kansu). It is a tricky rule, because Soviet only declaring war on Japan is not enough to disregard the rule. Also, had China still controlled Kansu when you entered, I believe my attack on Amur would have activated Mongolia. Very complicated…
