Operation Fall Firestorm is the OFFICIAL continuance of the ancient battle for supremacy between Canada’s Gargantua/Canuck12 and USA’s Karl7 and Kobault.

Official Fall Firestorm Tourney Rules:
- A&A League Rules control unless notes below
- Must always ask for scram orders or defender has absolute right to reroll attack unless defender decides not to scram after all.
- A player may edit NCM moves anytime before next power’s dice are rolled unless next power declares on the dedicated SINGAL message thread they are moving, which locks out any further edits unless permission is requested and granted.
- If the moving power doesn’t declare he is moving and aNCM edit is made after the next power rolls, permission must be requested and granted for the edit.
- USA may not make NCM edits after China or UK roll; and China may not edit after UK rolls unless permission is request and granted from an Axis player.
- A power may declare on the dedicated SIGNAL message thread they are going to make a NCM edit before the next power moves or declares he is moving per 3 above giving that player a 20 minute period to make any NCM edits.
- Sides are chosen by bid for Allies. Losing power from previous game starts bid.
- Any “dice whining” on the SGINAL thread or on this thread will result in 1 IPC penalty to that side per post. “Dice whining” does no include asking for good dice, commenting on your opponents bad dice, but does include any statement stating or implying that the poster is being treated unfairly by the dice. Any such assertions may only be made after the end of the game.
- Tournament is best of 5.
- Players can agree to allow technology.
