Another great learning path you can take is 1941, 1942, and finally 1940. More complicated/bigger usually equals more fun and more time-consuming.
Anniversary is still the most popular among loyal but infrequent gamers.
Hello everyone,
Just recently I discovered the great Global 1940 game of AA after not playing Classic and Revised for many years. I look to get more of the same chips from the Europe / Pacific 1940 2nd editions or extend my collection of AA games when the chips are the same size.
Unfortunately I do read a lot about different chips in each edition of AA, but I could not find a clear overview of which games have compatible chips and which don’t. Can someone please enlighten me in this dark chip terror
Many thanks!
Thanks CWO Mark! I had searched the forum but missed the posts on the end of the thread you referred to.
Seems I have to settle for HBG chips if I want to expand my collection.
I’ve been checking repeatedly and the 1940 2nd edition chips are always out of stock. I too need to get more.
