Yes, this is legal, as long as the sea zone in which the transports are loading units is friendly.

The movement must be done in the Combat Movement phase.  It must follow all of the rules for Combat Movement, except that it need not end in combat.

Nor does it count as a move to “take off” from a carrier to the occupied sea zone.  If the ftr is on a carrier, it can move 3 spaces maximum from the carrier, if it intends to land on the same carrier.  The carrier must then move 2 spaces toward the ftr in the non-combat move, while the ftr returns 1 space to land.  (It’s a lot easier to understand looking at the board.)

It might be worth mentioning that BBs and AAs fire only once each combat and subs fires each round, to clear out any confusion for new players.

Thanks for the link. Wow, the Japanese Battleships are amazing, and I am glad that superfortresses are nolonger immune to AA fire. I will definintly use these rules. Thanks agian.

You can still buy the pieces for most of the games. goto: hasblo/customer service/replacement parts/buy tanks,ships cannons or Infantry packs at 5 bucks each, they also sell more IC and AA guns.
