    1. france because it doesn’t really effect the game.
    2. ussr to buy units with next turn.
    3. ussr to hold on to and only use it if this game goes to the deadline.

    my strongest recommendation is option 3. we don’t really need the extra cash as we are in a winning position. but it is nice to have to make it as clear as possible if this game goes to a decision.


  • Sorry about the wait again. We are having a discussion, but it was slowed down by the fact that we are both busy. Honestly, if we don’t have a solid shot at taking India within the next couple rounds, we will probably surrender. If we reach the deadline without any real change in the situation, we will surrender.
