In the middle of a game, Question for Kreig

My play group runs out of Japanese tanks. They usually get two IC’s in Asia, and go for the tank March to Moscow. I scavenged extra tanks and roundels from my original Axis and Allies game.

Hey Krieghound, thanks for the clarification!!  I kinda suspected comabat was a must in that situation, and that was the allied players intent (he was USA).  He wanted to force the germans hand so that the seazone would be clear for UK to utilize their shore bombardment capabilities without being negated by the lingering german fleet.  I will pass along your wisdom, thanks again.

as an aside abattlemap is incorrect on  AA50 42 setup….it lists dd and trn for sz1; game lists ca and dd

I read from my setup card: 1 Cruiser, 1 Transport for SZ 1 in the 42 szenario.

Anyway the setup of ABattlemap AA50 42 setup is wrong in SZ1.

While I think the SUBs are much improved over Revised OOTB, I feel they are still to vulnerable and not very cost effective.

Do you know if Sub Detection rules or Convoy Raid type rules were ever considered, either during the development or playtesting phase.  I suppose they may have been considered too complex by either WOTC or Mr. Harris, but I do feel this is the one thing that the game is really missing.
