But what is likely a problem is the following: Your Russia attacked Korea, and hence the Soviet-Mongolian Defense Pact is void. That is standard ruling since 2nd edition, I cite the Harris website (Krieghund talking): “The first is that Korea is now included in the territories that the USSR may not attack without voiding the Soviet-Mongolian Defense Pact.”
