Yes, we set up at the game shop at 10AM when it opens, and end around 5-6PM.  Game 111 is tomorrow at 10AM.

Wow. How many rounds does such a game go for? Typically, the first round goes for about 1.5-2 hours in my experience. Later rounds might be under an hour but I can’t see getting to 10 rounds in this time unless you play significantly faster than my experience.

I take this idea further and use my bid to add 3 artilleries to the Russian stack.

It makes it a serious offensive force and a harder defensive force to deal with.

It allows US to project more power in the Atlantic because it shows Japan down.

From what I understand yes that will cause a declaration of war with Japan.  Also, I think if Japan controls Chinese territories bordering the mongolian territories, and Russia attacks first against one of those territories, then you will not get your 6 guys from mongolia.  Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Russia doesn’t get the bonus.
The rule doesn’t say “Axis powers that Russia is at war with.”
So, Germany can deny Russia’s bonus even if they aren’t at war with Russia.

Another thing, if Italy captured a Russian territory on its turn, Germany could noncombat move into that territory without declaring war.

Romanian IC???- no way, Larry killed that in Alpha +2- its too much overkill and retricts options to Axis always doing Barbarossa. All Germany does G1 is upgrade, build and steamroll Russia- too much- bad idea IMHO

my group is using OOB, till they finally get errata and complete alfa setup ready
they change it every 15 seconds now.
