  • Since I made the declaration at the beginning of the US turn you can declare war and they automatically upgrade. If I had waited one more round you’d have to declare war on your collect Income phase and so they would not become Major IC’s until after you set down units.

    This turn may take a bit because of all the nuances of pacific movement, and deciding if I can handle two fronts as America.

    Plus side, UKs turn won’t take so long this time  :-P
