I have Revised (2004), and I will be getting 1942 2nd Ed. Because the Revised map is pretty much the same as 1942 1st Ed., I figured I could just play 1942 on the older board. I have the instruction book PDF. I also saw the set up info on the Resources page, but I was wondering if any of the members here actually made their own cards or if they have a really good scan of them or something like that (I would be printing them out and laminating), because let’s face it. I just have no skill doing that kind of stuff. Thanks =)
Triple A with Spring 1942 rules?
-
Hey
I’m sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else, but is it possible to download a triple a game with spring 1942 rules?
And another Q: Sometimes people in this forum suggests a “forum game” - how does this work? Can you play a&a online somewhere?
Sorry about my lack of technical skill and knowledge  - and thanks in advance!

Jep, there is a tripleA module, it’s World War 2 V4. Anyway, link.
As for forum play, on this forum most people use ABattleMap. It’s VERY simple compared to TripleA, but it gets the job done without much ado.
Ow, how Forum play works: you download ABattleMap, write down the moves in a forum post, roll dice using the in-game dice roller, fight the battle, and upload the ABattleMap save file to your last forum post. It’s fairly cumbersome, but once you get used to it it’s not that bad. There’s a thread about forum play somewhere too, use search ;)
