It’s by forum, but the dice server at tripleawarclub.com sends a copy of all dice rolls to both side’s email so everyone knows they are honest. registering the email just tells the dice server that you want dice rolls sent to that email.

It was stuck in spam, and if you have any clue how bad that is, keep in mind my hotmail account has been active for a LONG time! I get well over 1000 spam a day…

By the way, you might that you like the look of that map a certain way if you play around with stuff in the View menu. I like the zoom at 51% and map details turned off.

Also, in the Game menu you will see an item called Enable Edit Mode. You check that and then fiddle around with it to add your tank and change india’s IPCs, then uncheck edit mode. You can Edit anytime, but it seems to cause the least issues if you do it at the start or end of a turn.
When you download that fiel it is still Germany’s turn, so the first thing to do is click “Done” and then you will move on to USSR
