if you do not want me to use my kamikazes you can just move the transport for the combat as kamikazes can not be done against transports. then move the rest of your navy in noncombat.
if you did not know this rule you can edit your moves accordingly so i can not use my kamikazi.

OK, I’m lazy, so rather than use edit mode, I just won’t use any kamikaze tokens, and we can pretend that I only moved the transport during combat movement, and moved everything else during noncombat. I hope that’s okay with you.
