Japan is already cooked IMO.
They’re going to be hard pressed to Liberate Yunnan by J3, and they don’t have enough of a transport campaign to swoop India in time, with no cross land agenda in place either. If you’re going via Land, the first milestone is consistent control of yunnan.
I’m seeing J2, maybe J3 expansions, then abysmal and imminent collapse.

First thing, this is preliminary, but covers off everything, so if you want to know who your opponents are going to be - IT’S ALL THERE.
Second, I’m going to take some effort to update the Graphics, so that it’s easier to follow what game goes to what game etc, but as it is ALOT of information, it’s not going to easily fit on one page or anything…
I’d be nice if someone can convert that to a .jpg or .png if they find the time and have the ability…
The question of how sides are determined still remains…
Do you guys want to introduce bidding? or shall we just retain the Lottery/LUCK factor when choosing sides? :P
Also, FEEL FREE to continue at your own will, pace, and peril, as games progress. There will be NO WAITING, if players of both teams are ready.

So what happens if the final team from the winner’s bracket loses to the champions of the last stand bracket? Both teams would only have one loss. It seems a little cheap for the winner’s bracket champion to lose it all on one game when the last stand bracket champion already had their mulligan. I propose that if needed that the two teams would go head to head but switch who plays which faction. Keeping the same bid amount but allowing the new allied team discretion on how that bid is spent.

Under the expanded bracket, I explained your question Seth.
Basically, if you come out of the TOP/standard bracket, as the winner, you must be defeated twice.
Esentially, you could play the same team 3 times.
You beat them in an earlier bracket, Then after winning all your games and going the distance, you lose to them in first round of the championship, But because you’ve never lost a game, you play them again, and regain your status as the victor!
It’s posted right under the title…
IMO the final match should always be best of three. random faction, switch, random faction.
