Industrial Complexes should help with Tech

Do you think Industrial Complexes should help out with tech? I always love rolling tech and if somebody has a way to do this, I would be thankful.

What do you mean? I mean, I don’t know, but if someone else had an idea…

1. No surprise, I am a fan of tech as well.
2. I believe that tech has, except in AA50, been too difficult.
3. However, it makes no sense that IC’s help with tech. IC’s feature factories belching smoke and unskilled laborers on an assembly line. Tech research features scientists in white coats.
4. I have 1 word: researchers. Or you could make tech rolls 4.
