Simplified 1941

A basic PNG file map, with some stuff on it for new players. Map is a “simpler” variant of the existing 1941 game.

Adds Artillery to base game, removes Submerge ability for Submarines.

Also, victory conditions:

Short Game: Capture one enemy capital. (This includes Moscow)
Long Game: Capture two enemy capitals.

I would rename “Thailand” to “South East Asia” and “Balkans” to “Eastern Europe”… way too many countries/territory that wouldn’t classify as either Thailand or the Balkans in your Thailand and Balkans territories.
