Yeah that sub killing my destroyer AND surviving in an upper 5% luck event has rendered the fleet vulnerable although its a close fight and anything could happen - certainly much closer than the battle of z2 which made the attack possible :|. You are right about the order. My Russian sub will fight if you attack and yes you roll the subs first.
Let’s have some justice and hit back with some upper 5% luck of our own boys…
