@krieghund Karelia is captured by the CP. The Russian revolution occurs the next turn and Karelia remains under CP control. The British then land enough troops in Karelia to create a contested zone.

What is the status of the Karelian minefields when Karelia is contested and the “original owner” of the territory, Russia, is out of the game / neutral?

@the_good_captain They are inactive, since, per the FAQ, original Russian territories that are controlled by the Central Powers at the time of the armistice are considered to have no original controller for the remainder of the game.
