@mike141500 I believe that unless it says so, there is no limit on how many a nation can field. Just like all other units, there is not an upper limit. While there may be per turn limits, there is not a per board limit.
Diplomacy Expansion Favors The Axis?
-
The physical Diplomacy chart on the left hand side says
“Major Power must be at full wartime income to conduct diplomacy”
Doesn’t this heavily favor the axis? Since they’re the only ones at full wartime income in the 1936 start date. -
@mike141500 wow how have I not noticed that? Does anybody know if thats for real lol?

I think you are looking at the v2 version of the rules.
I dont think there is any good reason why you should be using v2 (even if you have the v2 board).
In v3 the rule is:
Only Major Powers are eligible to exert influence.
In order to purchase influence the Major Power
must be in possession of its capital. Nations not
listed on the chart cannot be influenced

They changed the rules. Ignore what is on the chart. As long as you have your original capital, you can do diplomacy. It still favors the Axis as they have more money to work with early game but it’s not like you’re screwed as the Allies or Comintern.
