Aircraft carrier movement

Hi everyone…

I have a question about Aircraft Carriers.

Can a carrier move in the combat phase, launch fighters… then in the non combat phase move again and pick those fighters up?

I think it can only move in one or the other.

Also…

If a carrier moves in the combar phase… must it make an attack roll as well… for example… Can I move my carrier to an emtpy sea zone and launch fighters in the combat phase, even if the carrier itself does not make an attack roll.

You can move the carrier in either combat OR non-combat move.

You can not do both, like for exemple moving 1 square in combat move and then another square in non-combat phase.

gotta move planes first, then carrier in either combat or NCM.
