    Say, I just remembered, this version has a bug that major factories don’t downgrade to minor factories after getting captured.

    I should have been able to put 4 tanks on India. I honestly didn’t notice at first I just hit the max option on my tan placements not realizing I had 4 tanks.

    I could take one off and put it on FIC, if you want. Let me know.
