Can I buy more unit peices? Or is it impossible? A&A: Revised

It would be really nice if it were possible to buy more unit peices (men, ships, tanks etc) for the Axis and Allies: Revised edition. I don’t mind the chips for infantry so much but it is annoying when I have more tanks and ships, especially when it is several of us playing. Often we don’t have that problem but sometimes it occurs and I hate having to make up pieces of stuff.

Is it possible to buy more pieces or “replacement” pieces to compensate for this?
