Extra units given to a competant player early in the game should make a difference.  How much of a difference I suppose depends on the competition.

The frist time we played the revised edition we spent a lot of the time pulling each other to the side to discuss strategy.  You guys allow that or are you strictly,  “You play your country and I’ll play mine.”

I suppose until our group of guys get a little more experience with the new game we won’t worry bout it.  A couple more infantry starting out for Germany does sound appealing, however.

A lot of times local comic book and gaming stores have boards that you can pin a letter on stating that you are interested in a game.  I’m sure you can find some people interested.

I personally have a lot to learn.  Just wish I could play more than once a week.  Hell I’m thinking about posting a flyer at the local comic book store and host a Saturday afternoon game.

I can only imagine how tired you are of answering this question but I ask that you humor me.  If you were to win the bid at 6 what would buy and where would you put it?

Is the game so unbalanced that you need the bid system for this game or perhaps I’m missing the point.
