I’ve only been playing a few months but one of the first things I noticed was the wild dice outcomes.Been gaming over 30yrs and never seen anything like this on such a consistant basis.You may flip a coin 1,000 times and have it come up heads and the next it still comes up heads but the people betting against you will probably break your hands!Reference classic movie ‘The Hustler’.

My group plays every other game a “tech” game. Every turn you can take up to two rolls - the first costs 1 and the second the standard 5. Adds alot of spice to the games. Its a house rule and not my house but i try to adapt, LOL

GH had it right! Better safe than sorry. You don’t want to lose a capital and it’s income if preventable just because you think it can be taken back at some future time. Turn 2 is when you decide your options.

The Norway IC supplies its own troops to fight off nasty incursions from east and west and
bringing pressure on northern USSR while the airbase brings extra scramble ability to SZ112 fleet and the ever hopeful Sealion - admittedly not turn 3-4 but maybe later. Still thinking it through.

thanks for the feedback-my bad-its in the actual rulebook - still a nordic IC with an airbase could be something to look at !

that is my first thought but if major ships can get fixed and go on whole why not a IC at this time?
