this one’s tough.  i think i’m gonna do the same movies but in genres of time.  60’s 70’s 80’s 90’s and present.  oh, might as well do the fifties too.

and maybe i’ll do each category with first second and third.  there are just way to many good movies.

Drama: Forrest Gump or Legends of the Fall.  Forrest Gump. oh shit no its not.  its stand by me, yeah thats the best one.

Comedy: The Big Lebowski or Super Troopers.  Super Troopers.

Action: Terminator 2

Suspense: Usual suspects or L.A. Confidential.  Usual Suspects

Sci-Fi:  Aliens

Horror:  Exorcist

War:  Platoon

Western:  Tough one, The Good, The bad, and The Ugly.

Cult movie:  Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.  But SLC Punk and Mallrats are right up there.

Musical:  Grease

Monster movie:  does mary shelly’s Frankenstein count?  if not, then the king kong with jeff bridges.

Cartoon: South Park the movie

Drama: American History X, Fightclub, Heat (best shooting scene ever!!!), Forest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty
Maffia: Scarface, Godfather trilogy, Goodfellas, Resevoir Dogs
Comedy: Old School, Van Wilder, Super Troopers, Four Weddings and a Funeral
Old Movies: One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, The Sting
Action: Boondock Saints, Pulp Fiction, Die hard trilogy, Sin City
