• Problem: One side thinks they are losing quite bad, doesn’t see a path to victory but feels bad quitting early. Other side would like to keep playing also.

    Solutions: The Surrender Bid!

    1. Players pick a number of victory cities/capitals that will decide a victory
(if not decided at game beginning)

    2. Players bid how many rounds they will need to achieve that victory.

Say the Axis want to surrender, and it is a total victory Game.
The axis player offers a bid “If I control the Allies, I can get total victory in 6 more rounds”
The allied player (V) can accept OR reverse the rolls. (bidding the same)
The surrendering player must bid a lower number of rounds.
Keep bidding until one side accepts

If the Surrendering player wins the 2nd part of the game, it is a tie, if the Victor player wins the 2nd leg they achieve a double victory.
