The triple wave assault on Berlin stood at 92.7% in favor of the Allies given “normal” dice. The end result is that there “should” have been 7.5 American ground units in Berlin at the end of it. There ended up being 12 (+4.5 net).

If Germany had good dice against UK, maybe could have held, but I figured I had to go after USSR or it was over anyway.
I forgot that there is no hope for Germany getting IPC equivalence with Allies. So it is just matter of time unless you get a capitol.
If you want to play again, I would like to try Germany again. I think I’ve dusted off the old knowledge a bit and will be ready to actually try this time. . LOL

Question: can I build a carrier and build 2 ftrs also and put them all in 1 sea zone, or I do I have to build a carrier, and then land planes on it next turn?

From the FAQ:
Q. If I purchase a carrier and two fighters at the beginning of my turn, can I place the fighters on
the carrier at a friendly port at the same time? That would allow the fighters to defend the
carrier immediately.
A. Yes it would, but it’s not allowed. Newly built fighters can only be placed on a land territory.
