32 unique participants.

There 15 games the first round, with 12 or 13 in the second round.

Maybe 8 games in the third round.  Ty Hansen ended up capturing the championship again beating not only Goia son in the semifinals and then the Goia dad in the final.

Unfortunately, I lost a close game to the dad in the second round and then another close one in the third round.  Good time though and didn’t feel outplayed in anyway.  Just needed to tweak a few things and could have won.

We’ll be having an afternoon of gaming Saturday, 12 Dec., 2009, at Arkham Asylum’s new store location of 276 West Main St., Norwich CT, from noon until 6 p.m.

Axis & Allies games available will include 1942, Anniversary, Europe, D-Day, Guadalcanal and Battle of the Bulge. We will also have Axis & Allies Miniatures and War at Sea.

Axis & Allies Club Denmark are ready to acommodate and arrange a event if we get enough positive respons of such.

Not a big deal event just neutral ground to meet some new folks and play a couple of casual games. I’ll have Guadalcanal, Battle of the Bulge and Revised as well as War at Sea minis.

Axis and Allies Miniatures tournament Sat July 15th 5pm Valley Stream, NY (Long Island). All skill levels welcome. Call for details and directions. DCI membership is required and can be activated before the tournament for those who are not members. Membership is free and the tournament charge is $5.00. Prizes and giveaways for all.
