New version of A&A to make map/game rules for WW3

Is there a file for the world grid of Axis and Allies? I would like to put over a current political map and make an A&A WW3 map. I plan to make playable to allow people to play the gsame as it may go today, especially since war seems to be close.
Rules will need to be adapted to today as will weapons.
Help on that would be appreciated please place suggestons in this thread.
