What would win?

K right off the bat I needed more that 2 options so the “KXF Ignore Y” are pretty dumb but, like i said, more options is good. When I say ignore, I mean just watch them and not make any huge military offenses against the ignored country. Thx for input.

We switch between the 12 point bid, and the axis again 4 NA’s and the Axis seem to win 50-60% of our games, and the last few months no one can beat them. Axis has one 13 of 17 games since this past september.  We have 20 man group that plays about twice a month.

Yea, I was thinking of a Battleship/Aircraft Carrier R1 Build with Germany.  Maybe an 8 IPC bid for a second Transport in SZ 5.

As for invading England, really wasn’t thinking along those lines.  I was thinking of a fleet big enough to stop any Navy from building up by the allies so 100% of Germany can go for Russia leaving W. Europe and S. Europe and Africa mostly undefended.

Yes, well HB tech added to that would be nice, but remember that Heavy Bombers only do 1d6+1 damage to industrials and you still max out at the territory’s value.

I prefer Marines combined with Mechnized Infantry myself.  I see a realm of possibilities for that combination. (Infantry attack at a two or less, move two spaces and can blitz like tanks.)

And just FYI…

In Second Edition by Milton Bradley and in the old Hasbro CD (3rd Ed.), control of 2 Allied capitals by the Axis was a defined Axis victory.

what does that mean? are you for it or against it? I see more pros than cons. Lets hear an argumant against the purchase of an AC on G1. I don’t have one

After checking the logs, I think if you had kept playing, both Berlin and Moscow would have fallen in Round 6. So the game could have gone on for a long time, but the Allies would have Europe, I think. I haven’t played a long, protected game of AAR yet, but Japan would eventually have to fall as the Allies eventually take back Moscow.
