No Subs in the Atlantic

When reseaeching it say all unit get +1, should this be read as all exsisting units gets an auto upgrade? It also says reseaeched weapons must be built in major factory, so you can no longer build “normal mech” in a minor factories for the rest of the game?

Do you think german subs should cost 7 icp’s ?  Do you also think the first strike for subs ( german subs costing 5 icp’s ) be just for first round of combat ?

Make a house rule for detection and make all subs off board units unless detected.
Destroyers and subs detect on a roll of 8 or less
Cruisers detect on a roll of 4 or less

Have you created TripleA maps in the past? Or are you going to start from scratch?
