Where can I find actual examples. My rule book only has examples without altitude changes.
If I want to go down just one altitude, is that really a special movement. So you can’t go down one altitude and then do a tight turn?

Are there any advanced rules for ground and sea integration? All the sets appear to have the same scale maps, and would make for awesome battles. Any rules for this?

There isn’t anything for ground and sea. There is integration with ground and air, check the back of the manual for Bandits or Angels 20 and it gives each planes cost and breakdown.
