@thrasher1 Our group plays China at War, Turkey at War, Fighting Railways, and Diplomacy. We have played others, but those 4 are our favorites. Diplomacy is starting to wear out it’s welcome a bit, as far as I’m concerned. It adds a lot of fun to the game, but it heavily favors the Allies. Some games it can really swing things.
How long does it really take to play?

With a full slate of 9+ players?
And with Tech?
Do you need 2 days to do this?
And is the balance good enough, that it last that long? Or is the winner clear early?

I have played 4 games.
2 of the games lasted 6-8 hours, 1 of the games it was clear the Axis were going to lose. The other 2 games lasted 10+ hours, 1 of the games was clear the Axis were going to lose! Tha allies clearly have an advantage with the US waiting to be ‘tagged’ to cone into the war, but the Axis can do a lot if damage and even win before the US can make a difference!

I just posted this question in a different thread: Is the starting set up fairly similar to A&A? For example, do the axis begin with air superiority? Are there any other unit types (mech. art.) that A&A doesn’t have?
Thanks
