Do my American industrial complexes become major now? Or are they still minor ic’s for turn 3 mobilization?

Since I made the declaration at the beginning of the US turn you can declare war and they automatically upgrade. If I had waited one more round you’d have to declare war on your collect Income phase and so they would not become Major IC’s until after you set down units.

Plus side, UKs turn won’t take so long this time :-P
