@RisingSun I had similar experience, I was big into the naval miniatures but couldn’t afford both. I bought a lot on ebay a year or so ago and have played a few games. It is not difficult to learn especially if you are familiar with the navy side, it’s pretty similar but includes facing. I think it’s a great game and wish I had collected it some when it was active.

No, you cant attack and move with this ability. Must attack if able. Then, only attack.

Have a look in the Expanded rules book for “Enfilade Fire”.

If you get a unit adjacent to an enemy unit then during your assault phase you can say that that the enemy unit is preoccupied(and therefore facing) your adjacent unit.  Then if any other units can trace a line of fire into the rear of that enemy unit they get a plus one on their rolls.

Of course if you surround an enemy with adjacent pieces you can dicate where the facing is so that each of your pieces gets the bonus.

Even so roughly 1/2 or 1/3 of your army is tied up in a fairly static base.  An Inspiring Lt could help you some, as could some aircraft to take advantage of the spotters.

It all depends on what you’re playing against then.  Your opponent shouldn’t know what you’re playing, so may not be prepared for that artillery attack, but even still that’s 85 points worth of units all tied up on just three mortars.  If I were playing against it (as a standard 200 pt army and not one designed to beat it) I’d probably have some heavy tanks and 2x AI units; either Brummbars or Sherman 105s.  It all depends on what the rest of your army is and how well they can function.

Well, trade with Members that you see are reliable. Date joined, amount of posts so on and so forth. I would be willing to trade with handpicked members if the moderator allows trading in his forums.
