Before you play, i have to tell you this: there is an unusual edit here. I have edited a russian mec+tnk in Caucasus where i whished my partner had left them. But this should have been done immediately, not after multiple power have taken their turn. You are totally entitled to refuse it if you want.
So, either you play with this map, either you put back in Ukraine the mec+tnk from Caucasus. In this case, the UK dude in Northwest persia should be put in eastern persia and northern persia is still neutral.
Again, sorry about this, and no problem at all if you prefer not to allow that.
