I won’t be able to hold the Middle East or contest Western Europe effectively. And I failed to contain the growth of any of the Axis powers.

Up to you, Wheat, but my personal feeling is that this one is not decided at all. Its a race, yes, between me taking any stronghold and you building up a threat to Europe, but I see difficulties ahead for me :)

I won’t be able to land in Europe when Germany has so many planes and subs. By the time I have an adequate Atlantic fleet built and positioned, the Allies will be even weaker in both Europe and Asia.
If you want to swap sides to show me what you’d do with the Allies, I would be happy to learn. I just don’t see any realistic strategies.

We can swap, ok, I try to hang on. But as always I have no clue what to do with the US Pacific fleet, especially this thinned out one (although I think, in the end, the sacrifices were worth it).

I think Europe is the bigger problem, but I was making no progress in the Pacific either.
I was going to continue going heavy Pacific until Japan was contained, but all of Germany’s naval buys forced me to defend the east coast of the US and I couldn’t ignore it.
So now, none of the Axis powers are “contained” :lol:

Funny thing. I never intended to attack the East coast (only opportunistic attacks, maybe). One inf and an AA would have deterred me indefinitly :-)
