What is happening with global? Are there more changes?

I heard there is a bomber starting in moscow now. I am glad to see the change, but when did it come about? Links?

Also are there map / seazone changes? I have not bought the new global board. I am curious about this.

The only map change is that the Yukon and BC are now a single territory.

The only place the bomber is standard is in Garg’s tourney as far as I know. If you want one, you can bid for it, though. Personally, I don’t think that you’ll find many opponents willing to give you a bid in the 20’s, and 3 spots in Africa come to mind as more impactful spots. But the options are definitely there for you.
