Your explanation is, I believe, why this bug appears. I pointed it out into the tripleA forum.

Feel free to ask Krieghund if you want, but I can ensure you that this is a bug and not the rule.

It depends on what you do from your units. I propose the following : you tell me how you’d like to change your ncm to solve the problem, then I llook if this changes something for germany combat moves ; if so, I redo the german turn, otherwise we keep the dices.
