Djensen, we need to organize the board again.
-
We need to break the board into categories again. How about 5 of then. Axis and Allies Original, Axis and Allies Europe, Axis and Allies Pacific, Misc Axis and Allies Expansions, and off topic discussion.
-
newbie help should be an addition. In that way questions about the game can be posted there, while strategies go into the seperate game boards.
-
…and under each category you could have sub-categories of “rules”, and whatever else.
BUT…be aware! Don’t go overboard…you don’t want to turn this lovely discussion board into a maze of broken up topics spread out everywhere. Sometimes trying to make things too simple actually makes things too complex.

Which is probably why things should just be left alone. ;-D

I think that the catagories are fine as they are, but some topics need to be relocated
-
Working on that now. I’ve moved newer topics throughout forums, will start with the older ones soon.
-
what about the idea of making a forum for advanced users, and newbie users.
and a section for revised strats. -
Howza bout a FAQ section? How often do you delete old strings and how long do you leave them up if not posted upon recently?
I do appreciate your website and forum. I like the variety of ideas(A&A and other stuff). LOVE the range of quotes in the endposts. I’ve had an itch to get a ‘famous quotations’ book. Now I will. Any recommendations OTHER that the big name one(can’t remember… is it Barclay’s or something like that?)
Sorry! Off the topic again. My mind thinks faster than my semi-literate fingers can type.

Well I don’t think we delete post or remove threads that have been inactive for a while. Looking back, we have topics (lastest response at least) that are almost 7 months old!
